Our Royal Duties
|

Seller and Buyer are collectively known as "parties". Buyer should read all
terms, agreements and guarantee's before signing of papers or purchase.

Buyer's Responsibilities:
To keep this guarantee offered to you in force you must have your puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian
within a week of receipt(Please make an appointment for your bully as soon as you get them home). Seller must be informed
immediately of the examination's result. The seller will document the results told to the seller from the buyer. During the
initial exam, should your veterinarian find the puppy to have any congenital health problem that would require further veterinary
care you MUST contact me within 24 hours. The failure of this will result in the cancellation of this guarantee.
Provide
puppy with routine preventive care, such as, but not limited to,
Physical examinations by a licensed veterinarian and
routine vaccinations. The Buyer agrees to take good care of this dog, feed and house the dog properly {indoors}, maintain
shots, control the dog on a harness or leash when in public and when off the premises of the dog's home. The dog's outdoor
area will be fenced in and secure, or acceptable provisions will be made to assure the dog is safe any time he/she is outdoors.
Buyer agrees to give the dog proper physical and emotional care and welfare. The buyer must agree to housing the dog indoors
as its primary housing. If the dog is found to be allowed to run freely, running at large, creating a public nuisance, or
found to be neglected, abused or allowed to live in poor health or poor conditions the Seller has all rights to
repossession of this dog with no refund to the buyer. The death, injury or loss of
said dog due to theft, carelessness, recklessness, abuse, neglect, heat stroke or accident will
not entitle the buyer to any compensation from the seller. No warranty is given to the buyer for
any special purpose or function of this dog. This dog is not to be used for any illegal or immoral activities. In the event
the buyer is unable to keep this dog for any reason, the Buyer agrees to offer to the Seller the first chance to take this
dog back. This agreement is only valid for the buyer. No other parties may be valid for the terms of this agreement. This
contract is legal and may be enforced by legal means at the buyers expense. All disputes must be settled in the state of and
by the laws enforced in North Dakota. Notes:________________________________________________________________________.
Follow veterinarian guidelines for vaccinations, deworming, and any other treatments.
Caution: Precautions must be taken when anesthetizing a Bulldog. Caesarian deliveries are commonly needed.
An experienced Bulldog vet is always your best choice.The seller certifies that, upon receipt, the dog is in good health and
has been immunized and wormed according to the accompanying heath record of said Bulldog. This dog has the following conditions

and those conditions are excluded from any guarantee and is not valid to reject the puppy due to these conditions.

Health Guarantee:
Every effort has been made to assure that the puppy you have selected
is healthy on the date of delivery and that the puppy has received proper vaccinations and wormings. The Buyer has been informed
of these and of future vaccinations and worming due, and will agree to have them done on time, failure to do so will render
this contract null and void.
This puppy is guaranteed for six months against fatal and life altering congenital disease
which adversely affects the health of the animal. This includes severe hip dysplasia which hampers a dog's movement and natural
gait and requires surgery to correct, kidney, heart, pancreas, spine, and liver problems of a severe life threatening or altering
nature. If the dog dies within this six-month time frame, the Buyer will pay to have a necropsy done to ascertain reason.
If reason is congenital, the Seller will replace the puppy. Breeder/seller reserves the right to have the dog re-examined
by our veterinarian at our cost.
A puppy showing any serious genetic or congenital defect will be replaced as follows:
Animal must
show the defect by 1 year of age. Seller must be notified of the problem within 2 business days of the licensed veterinarian's
determination and have two reports from two unassociated veterinarians stating the same problem and Seller will provide a
replacement puppy of equivalent value.
A puppy with a defect must be returned to the Seller to qualify for a replacement
puppy.
No refund, in part or in full, will be given.
This guarantee does not cover what in the bulldog breed is
considered normal: cherry eye, entropion, "loose" hips, skin allergies, elongated soft palate, and stenotic nares (collapsed
nostrils).
Seller will not be responsible for any medical expenses incurred. Buyer is aware that owning a puppy means
trips to the veterinarian and understands that he/she will be responsible for all payments. All items covered under this guarantee
are by replacement only. We do not give refunds. A returned puppy must be returned to the Seller in good condition, other
than the specified problem. The Buyer/owner will then qualify for a replacement puppy.
No replacement puppy will be given
if the puppy has been bred, spayed, neutered, or euthanized without Seller's permission. Replacement puppy will be pick of
choice litter, mutually agreed upon by both parties and will be of comparable quality. It is understood that the replacement
puppy may not be from the exact same parents of original puppy.
This guarantee applies to the original puppy only and
is nontransferable to a second party.
There are certain disorders that may be caused by environmental factors, for example:
allergies, thyroid dysfunction, demodectic mange, and other autoimmune disorders that are not covered by this guarantee. Any
physical problem which is or could be the result of injury is not covered under this guarantee. There is no guarantee or warranty
that the Buyer will be able to show the puppy regardless of show potentials.
This contract supersedes any and all previous
agreements.
This contract is null and void if the terms and conditions are not fulfilled.
Buyer agrees that he/she
understands this contract becomes valid as soon as the buyer purchases the puppy. All
parties have read and understood and agreed to this contract in full by signing below.
